The Condor (2007)

The Condor is a story of a young man who is not afraid to stand up for what he believes in. Tony Valdez (voiced by Vallderrama) is a college dropout who instead of working for his family’s robotic corporation, became a champion skateboarder. After the unjust demise of his parents, Tony is beaten and his legs are destroyed. Determined to find his parent’s killers, he uses his father’s experimental NanoBot technology to get back on his feet. Now as a superhuman skater, Tony faces thechallenge of reconciling his crime fighting instinct with his thirst for vengeance. In his search to find the missing component to his parent’s DNA regeneration formula and the answers to questions that may save his life against a super villain who has sworn to destroy him, Tony Valdez is, The Condor.

I deleted it before I could take screens, so I don't know the quality. I would guess it's a DVD rip because I haven't heard of it being in theater's, but I could be wrong.µ
